Set within a mature coastal neighborhood along the Gulf, Coastal Oasis was designed to work with the land rather than against it. The home’s elevated structure respects the existing dune while creating a layered living experience that feels open, relaxed, and deeply connected to its surroundings.
Stacked levels, integrated landscaping, and thoughtfully placed outdoor spaces define the way the home is experienced. Porches and breezeways extend the living areas outward, allowing light, air, and greenery to flow through the architecture. A restrained all-white exterior provides a calm backdrop, letting natural textures and coastal light take center stage.

Christiana Cabinetry delivered custom cabinetry throughout the main residence and guest house, supporting the home’s clean, minimalist aesthetic with precise detailing and functional storage. Interior spaces were designed to feel effortless and uncluttered, allowing architecture and landscape to remain the focus. The second-story pool, connected seamlessly to both interior living areas and exterior stair access, anchors the home’s social spaces and reinforces the indoor-outdoor lifestyle central to the design.
